A Beautiful Thing

Sorry just a random thought I had today, sorry if it bores or confuses you.
All of me is perfect for talking about Gods love for us.
He Loves us unconditionally, all of our imperfections are perfect to him, he said come unto me just as you are.
God made us, that means every imperfection that we have, wether it be our skin, our beauty or lack there of, God made it. God made you, he put those so called tiny blemishes on you, and when we begin to cover it up and try to fix it with makeup and other beauty alterations, we are slapping God in the face and saying you didn't make me perfect enough.
 Genesis 9:6
"Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man."
God made us in his image, he wants us to drive to be like him, and by changing our God given traits and unique characteristics, we are moving away from the image that God made us I , which would be him, to another image that we choose. Something else becomes our Idol, when we go so far out of the way to be something else that we change our looks and begin to cover up our imperfections then we have began to idolize a image that ain't God.
I guess all I'm saying is that you're astonishingly and perfectly gorgeous just how God made you, pimples and blemishes in all. That's part of who you are, and by covering it up you are refusing To accept your creators genius. I just want you to think the next time you put on some make up, "What am I really covering up, that unadorned face is God's creation."
We all talk about how we want to see people for who they really are, all while hiding behind a mask and painted faces. I'm not some super conservative Christian, I don't expect women to live in the kitchen and obey their husbands every single order and whim. I'm okay with women getting dressed up and trying to be beautiful, but a woman that is perfectly comfortable in her body and doesn't need make up so that she feels more beautiful, there is just something more attractive about that. I want to fall in love with you, blemishes and all, I want to see you how God created you, not your face painted up in a attempt to live up to the worlds standards of beauty. I may sound old fashioned and I really am, but seriously I really find women to be much more beautiful when they are unadorned with makeup. There is just something about their natural self that I adore. Sorry just my random thought for the day.
